This project aimed to elevate the digital window displays, encompassing websites and social media platforms, to offer a more intuitive and engaging experience for the public. The focal point was on refining website usability and effectively addressing user inquiries.

PERSONAL ACHIEVEMENTS
Initiating discussions with the management team about prioritizing customer experience on digital displays proved challenging due to their limited design understanding. They viewed designers as visual-focused rather than process optimizers. The concept of UX design, encompassing digital journeys and findability, was unfamiliar. This lack of awareness contributed to insufficient budget allocation for these critical activities.
Strategic Actions
To surmount these hurdles and facilitate incremental enhancements within budget constraints, I took the following steps:
Installed analytics on the website and social media, addressing the absence of robust data that hindered informed improvements.
Collaborated extensively with the receptionist, obtaining valuable user insights through direct interactions.
Diligently gathered and synthesized data over six months, laying the foundation for evidence-backed decisions.
Crafted a holistic website redesign proposal, aligned with user needs and behavioral trends.
Project outcomes
Despite financial constraints, the project achieved highly positive results. Drawing on the accumulated data, I advocated for a strategic redesign by reimagining content placement within the existing framework. Additionally, a collaborative card sorting exercise refined the navigation menu, augmenting its user-friendliness. Collectively, these measures led to an enhanced user experience and a more accessible platform for addressing public inquiries.

The client confronted financial limitations that impeded a full-scale website redesign, reflecting the practical resource challenges inherent in such endeavors. This obstacle necessitated an inventive and cost-effective approach to drive substantial improvements.
To circumvent budget limitations and still obtain valuable insights, I adopted a hands-on approach by interacting with the receptionist and directly addressing user inquiries. This strategy helped bridge the gap left by formal interviews. In response to the budget constraint inhibiting a complete redesign, I devised an innovative approach to optimize existing website components and navigation.

To conclude, this project underscored the importance of resourcefulness in devising solutions within the confines of real-world limitations. Through a blend of direct user engagement, data synthesis, and innovative design strategies, the project successfully elevated the user experience despite financial constraints. This case study serves as a testament to the significance of tailoring methodologies to suit specific project requirements and uncovering pragmatic solutions that deliver substantial advantages to both users and clients.

By extending my efforts beyond design enhancements, I aimed to create a comprehensive user experience ecosystem that hinged on data insights, efficient communication, and personalized engagement strategies. This multifaceted approach aimed to cater to both user needs and internal operational efficiency.
Data-Driven Newsletter Campaigns:
Recognizing the value of the data collected through various digital channels, I implemented Mailchimp to orchestrate targeted newsletter campaigns. This initiative leveraged the insights derived from user behavior analysis to deliver relevant and personalized content to the audience. By utilizing the gathered data effectively, the newsletters aimed to enhance user engagement and foster a stronger connection between the brand and its audience.
Streamlined Collaborative Workflow:
To foster seamless collaboration among different teams, I established a multimedia shared folder on a cloud platform. This initiative facilitated efficient information sharing, ensuring that various teams had access to essential digital assets and resources. This streamlined workflow not only improved internal communication but also contributed to a more cohesive and synchronized approach towards achieving common goals.
